SF Ashtanga & U Yoga is pleased to announce that the 21 Day Teacher Training Intensive
class will start on March 1st, 2010.  

Teacher training - a special 21 Day intensive with Meir Leshem!

One month intensive teacher training (with option to extend it to three months due to individual circumstances and schedule).

Our goal is to create a bridge between the ancient teachings of the East and modern scientific approaches. Our vision encompasses a complete synthesis of spirit, body and mind. Our training is a balance of theory and practice.
